Fragrant Property was founded in 2003 (as Fragrant Park Co., Ltd, renamed in 2005/2008) under entrepreneur James Duan, and delivered its first project, the 69-unit Fragrant 71 in Phra Khanong, in 2005. Since then the group has built The Prime 11 on Sukhumvit 11, The Circle near Makkasan, and Ocean Horizon in Pattaya, with six residential projects delivered to date.
