The operating company

BAANLYY is a trading name operated by BAANLYY LLC. It was founded by Kirby Scofield, who leads the platform and its editorial direction. Full legal terms, the operating entity’s details and data-protection contacts are set out on the legal pages.

An independent platform, not a broker or a party to your lease

BAANLYY is an independent data, tools and knowledge platform and a listing portal for renting, buying, investing and relocating in Thailand. It connects independent landlords, owners and agents with prospective tenants and buyers.

BAANLYY does not own, lease, manage or control any property listed, holds no inventory of its own, and is not a party to any lease or rental agreement. It is not a law firm, not a financial adviser, and does not hold client money — it collects no rent, deposit or holding funds. Any property posted by BAANLYY’s operators in a personal capacity is offered on the same terms as any other listing and is not owned by, or part of, BAANLYY.

Listings belong to the people who post them

Every listing is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the independent landlord, owner or agent who posts it. Lease, application and contract documents offered on the platform are convenience templates for at-will use and are not a substitute for professional legal advice — consult a qualified Thai lawyer for any legal matter. Our verification is an identity check, not a licence

When BAANLYY marks an agent or landlord “ID-Verified,” it means BAANLYY has confirmed that person’s identity and business contact details. This is BAANLYY’s own check — it is not a government registration or a real-estate-licence verification, and it is not a guarantee of any transaction. Always confirm a counterparty’s credentials and a property’s specifics directly before you sign or pay.

Guidance you can trust to be independent

An independent business

BAANLYY is an independent business and is not affiliated with, or part of, any brokerage. Its founder, Kirby Scofield, separately founded and operates Scofield Group, an independent Nevada real-estate brokerage; that is a distinct company, and BAANLYY’s platform and editorial work are run independently of it.
