Who operates BAANLYY

The operating company

BAANLYY is a trading name owned and operated by BAANLYY LLC, a Nevada, USA company. BAANLYY was founded by Kirby Scofield, who leads the platform and its editorial direction. Full legal terms and data-protection contacts are set out on the legal pages.

What BAANLYY is — and is not

A property portal, and a founding team that can manage homes

BAANLYY is an independent data, tools and knowledge platform and a property portal for renting, buying, investing and relocating in Thailand. It connects independent landlords, owners and agents with prospective tenants and buyers.

BAANLYY does not own property. Homes are listed by independent owners, agents and agencies, who set their own terms; BAANLYY is not a party to their leases or sales and does not collect rent, deposits or any other payment for them. Owners who contact BAANLYY directly can have their home listed and managed by the BAANLYY founding team under a written agreement. BAANLYY does not give legal, tax or visa advice.

Who is responsible for listings

Listings belong to the people who post them

Every listing is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the independent landlord, owner or agent who posts it. Lease, application and contract documents offered on the platform are convenience templates for at-will use and are not a substitute for professional legal advice — consult a qualified Thai lawyer for any legal matter. What “partnered” means

We check people, documents and data — not transactions

We check an agent’s government-issued ID; a landlord’s title deed; and the Thai company registration of a management company or developer. Separately, we check our own building and area research fact by fact against sources. All of it is BAANLYY’s own check — it is not a government registration, a real-estate license, or a guarantee of any listing or transaction, and it does not confirm that an agent holds a mandate over a particular property. Confirm ownership, authority and specifics directly before you sign or pay.

Guidance you can trust to be independent

An independent business

BAANLYY is an independent business and is not affiliated with, or part of, any brokerage. Its founder, Kirby Scofield, separately founded and operates Scofield Group, an independent Nevada real-estate brokerage; that is a distinct company, and BAANLYY’s platform and editorial work are run independently of it.
