How BAANLYY handles your information, and the terms of using our platform.
These Terms are now in force rather than a draft. Nothing you agreed to has changed in substance: the authority warranty and indemnity in section 11, and the Thailand/Nevada split in section 16, read as they did before. What is new is that the document no longer describes itself as provisional or as sitting with counsel, and it states plainly that BAANLYY takes no fee, commission, deposit, rent or purchase money in connection with any listing. It also still carries the v4 change: a government photo ID is kept for 24 months after approval and then deleted automatically, with the record of the check kept afterwards, and agency, company and ownership documents kept while the verification they support is displayed.

Any property posted by BAANLYY's operators in a personal capacity is offered on the same terms as any other listing and is not owned by, or part of, BAANLYY.
BAANLYY and BAANLYY LLC are not attorneys and do not, and will not, provide legal advice or legal services. Any lease, application, or contract document made available through this platform is provided as a convenience template for at-will use — you may use, modify, or decline it at your discretion. These documents are not a substitute for advice from a qualified Thai lawyer. By using the platform you acknowledge that BAANLYY is a rental and relocation service, not a law firm, and that you are responsible for obtaining independent legal counsel where appropriate.
