How BAANLYY decides what to publish.
Primary sources first
We prefer Thai government agencies, legislation, regulators, official project documents, direct operator information and other original records. Secondary sources may provide context, but they do not replace the controlling source for legal, tax, visa, ownership or transaction claims.
Claims must be traceable
Material factual claims should be supported by a named source or a source list attached to the page. When reliable evidence is unavailable, we omit the claim or clearly state that it is unknown rather than estimate or invent it.
Review dates show recency
Guides and methodology pages display a reviewed or updated date when the content has been checked. A date is not changed merely to make a page appear fresh; it should reflect a substantive review or material revision.
Commercial interests are disclosed
Advertising, referral relationships, sponsored placements, owner-supplied information and other material interests should be identified where they could affect how a reader evaluates the content. Payment does not purchase an unsupported factual claim or ranking.
Research, review and responsible assistance.
Content may be researched, drafted, edited or checked with software and AI-assisted tools. A named human author or reviewer remains responsible for the published page. Automated output is not treated as a source, and generated claims must be verified before publication.
Legal, tax, immigration, finance and transaction guidance is general information, not personal professional advice. Readers should verify current requirements with the relevant authority and qualified adviser before acting.
How to report an error.
- Send the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and the best supporting evidence to hello@baanlyy.com.
- BAANLYY reviews the cited material against the strongest available primary source and may contact the source or affected party for clarification.
- Confirmed errors are corrected promptly. Material corrections should be reflected in the page content, review date or a correction note when context requires it.
- Disagreement alone does not require a change. BAANLYY may retain supported content while adding context when credible sources materially differ.
