Is there a reward for referring people?A points-and-rewards programme is on the roadmap. Today the focus is the share mechanics — your tagged link already helps people find verified homes, owners find honest marketing, and agents find a place to get verified. When rewards launch, tagged links will make it easy to recognise who referred whom.
Do I or the person I refer need an account?No. Anyone can generate and share a referral link without signing up, and the person you refer can browse BAANLYY freely. Accounts are only needed for things like saving favourites, applying or listing — not for being referred.
What is the link tag (ref=) for?It's a simple, readable tag added to your link so referrals can be attributed to you. It contains only the name or agency you choose to type — nothing personal is collected, and you can leave it blank.
Can agents and owners use this to grow their own pipeline?Yes. Agents can share the agent link to invite peers, and the friend link to send prospective renters and buyers into verified listings. Owners can share the owner link with other owners. It's a free, on-brand way to put BAANLYY's verified inventory and tools in front of the right people.
