BAANLYY Work terms.

BAANLYY Work is a listing portal run by BAANLYY LLC, a Nevada company. We do not employ, recruit, place or pay anyone, we are not a party to any hire, and nothing here is legal, immigration or employment advice. Check work permit rules with a Thai lawyer or the Thai Labour Ministry.

You need a BAANLYY account. Applicants must be adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide.

Employers must be a company registered in Thailand. The 13-digit registration number is checked by a person at BAANLYY before any role is public. You must have authority to post. Each role must show a real salary range and a plain work-permit status (permit-sponsored, no permit needed, Thai nationals only, or permit not offered). You must not advertise a role as open to foreigners if the law bars foreigners from it. You must never charge applicants fees, ask for money, passports or ID copies, or collect bank details through BAANLYY or in response to it. No misleading, discriminatory (beyond what Thai law itself requires for a role) or unlawful roles. No multi-level-marketing, pyramid, visa-selling, or work-for-payment schemes. You must keep applicants' information private and use it only to assess that application. You must close filled roles.

Apply only with true information. Your application message and the contact details you enter are sent to the employer you apply to. The employer then handles that information under its own responsibility. Never pay an employer to get a job and report any request to do so to hello@baanlyy.com. BAANLYY does not guarantee any reply, interview or job.

BAANLYY may refuse, pause, edit or remove any employer or role at its discretion, for example for suspected scams, unlawful roles or complaints, and may close accounts that break these terms.

No promise of applicants, hires, rankings, traffic or accuracy of any role. Roles are the employer's responsibility.

Posting a role and applying are free at launch. We may introduce paid features in the future. We will tell you before any charge applies and you will not be charged for anything unless you agree to it.

Applications contain personal data. Our Privacy Policy applies. Applicants' details go to the employer they choose to apply to and are kept in My applications until deleted per the Privacy Policy and data-deletion page.

Section 16 of the BAANLYY Terms of Service (/legal/terms) applies to BAANLYY Work.

If we change these terms we raise the version number and ask you to accept again before you next use BAANLYY Work.
