Data Deletion.

If you have a BAANLYY account, we may hold: your name and email; a profile picture if Facebook or Google supplied one when you signed in; enquiries you sent about listings; saved homes, saved searches and alerts; communication preferences (including marketing opt-out); and the acceptance record for the Terms and Privacy Policy — the version, the date and time, and the IP address. If you later add a contact number in your account, that is stored too. We do not receive a contact number from Facebook.

Sign in and open Delete my data in the member dashboard (/account/data-deletion). You can also email hello@baanlyy.com from the address on your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Tell us the name and email you used so we can match the request to the right records. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, mention which.

We complete deletion within 30 days of a request we can match to your account. We will email you when it is done.

Where the law requires us to keep a record, we keep only that record and only for as long as the obligation lasts. That can include an enquiry that is part of an active conversation with a listing's agent, and the acceptance record that shows which Terms and Privacy Policy version you agreed to, on which date and time, and from which IP. BAANLYY does not keep tenancy or sale files of its own: it does not own, lease, manage or control any listed property and is not a party to any lease or sale.

If you used Facebook or Google to create your account, deleting your BAANLYY account removes the profile data we received from them (such as your name and email). You can also remove BAANLYY’s access from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites) or Google account (Security → Third-party access) at any time.
