Your right to deletion
BAANLYY is operated by One Life Ventures Co., Ltd. Under Thailand’s PDPA (and GDPR-style protections where applicable) you may request deletion of your personal data at any time. Last updated 25 June 2026.
1. What this covers
This applies to any personal data we hold about you — including data created when you sign in with email, Google or Facebook, save favourites, set alerts, submit an enquiry, or create an account or agent/owner profile.
2. How to request deletion
Email privacy@baanlyy.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Tell us the name, email, and (if applicable) phone number you used so we can locate your records. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, mention which.
3. What happens next
We verify the request comes from you, then delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law. We will confirm by email once complete.
4. Deleting data from social sign-in
If you used Facebook or Google to sign in, deleting your BAANLYY account removes the profile data we received from them (such as your name and email). You can also remove BAANLYY’s access from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites) or Google account (Security → Third-party access) at any time.
