KPN Land is the condominium development arm of the Narongdej family's KPN Group, responsible for four Bangkok projects launched since 2011 worth over THB9 billion -- including The Capital Ratchaprarop-Vibha, The Diplomat Sathorn, The Diplomat 39 and the SHÁÁ Asoke luxury condominium near Asoke BTS/MRT. SET-listed developer Raimon Land acquired KPN Land in 2018.
