PACE Development Corporation PCL is best known for developing MahaNakhon, a 314-metre, 77-storey mixed-use tower designed by architect Ole Scheeren that was Thailand's tallest building on completion, and NIMIT Langsuan, a super-luxury freehold condominium overlooking Lumpini Park completed in 2018. The company underwent serious financial difficulty and debt restructuring in 2019-2020, and in 2018 sold MahaNakhon's hotel, observatory and retail elements to King Power, ending its ownership stake in its signature tower.
