Pruksa Real Estate was founded on 20 April 1993 by Thongma Vijitpongpun, going public in 2005 and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under ticker PS. A 2016 corporate restructuring created Pruksa Holding PCL (PSH) as the new parent company, and Pruksa has grown into one of Thailand's largest residential developers by volume, having delivered more than 300,000 housing units, with early adoption of precast concrete construction as a key differentiator.
