A 2016 corporate restructuring created Pruksa Holding PCL (PSH) as the new parent company, and Pruksa has grown into one of Thailand's largest residential developers by volume, having delivered more than 300,000 housing units, with early adoption of precast concrete construction as a key differentiator.
