Sammakorn Public Company Limited (SET: SAMCO) was founded in 1970 by the Privy Purse Bureau to build housing for Bangkok's middle- and upper-income market, and listed on the SET in 1992. Best known for single-detached houses under the Sammakorn, Mitti and Anapana brands plus Sammakorn Avenue townhomes, the company has delivered more than 6,000 homes over five decades and has since expanded into condominiums (Sammakorn S9) and retail (Sammakorn Place).
