BAANLYY is now live as a property and relocation platform for Thailand. The official announcement went out on EIN Presswire on 28 September 2026. Here is the short version: what it is, who is behind it, and where to start.
Most property sites in Thailand begin with a list of ads. BAANLYY begins with the questions people ask before they sign anything. Which neighbourhood fits my life? What will it really cost? Which visa lets me stay? Is this building what the listing says it is?
So the listings sit on top of the answers. There are city guides for 83 Thai cities and provinces, with neighbourhood Area Scores in 80 of them. There are more than 1,700 building profiles with floors, unit counts, developers and completion years. The relocation hub covers the DTV, the LTR, retirement and marriage visas and work permits, and the Thailand Privilege guide shows what every membership tier costs per year and per person. Everything is published in English, Thai, Chinese, Russian and Japanese.
It was built for two groups at once. Foreign buyers are a growing part of the condo market: Thailand's Real Estate Information Center (REIC) reported that foreigners took ownership of 3,292 condominium units in the second quarter of 2026, with transfer value up 20.2% on a year earlier. But foreign buyers took 11.7% of condo units in the first half of the year, so close to nine in ten still go to Thai buyers, and the rental market is overwhelmingly local. A Thai renter and an American retiree need different answers. Both are on the site.
BAANLYY is operated by BAANLYY LLC, a Nevada company, and was co-founded by Kirby Scofield and Chatkarin "June" Pichaikamolchat.
Scofield is the broker and owner of Scofield Group, an independent Las Vegas brokerage and one of the top real estate teams in Las Vegas. It is ranked No. 2 in Nevada by RealTrends Verified and is the No. 2 Zillow Preferred team in the state, and it closed 479 transactions and $209.7 million in sales volume in 2025.
Pichaikamolchat grew up in Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat) and has built her career in Bangkok. She holds a master's degree in geography from Chulalongkorn University and spent nearly a decade selling to Thailand's hotel groups and property developers, at Jotun Thailand and then Pidilite Bamco, before becoming a property manager and Airbnb Superhost. She leads BAANLYY's operations and its relationships with Thai agents, owners and developers. "Thailand deserves new, trustworthy information and real help," she said. "That is what BAANLYY is."
The two companies are separate, but they send people to each other. Scofield Group clients who are relocating to or investing in Thailand are introduced to BAANLYY's tools and member agents. BAANLYY users who are relocating to Las Vegas, or buying investment property in Nevada, are referred to Scofield Group, which works with real estate investors, relocating buyers and local families across Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.
