But the more significant story sits beyond the capital. Nonthaburi (107 buildings) and Samut Prakan (44 buildings) — both part of Greater Bangkok's commuter belt — now carry meaningful coverage of their own, alongside resort and second-home markets: Pattaya (99 buildings), Hua Hin (93), Phuket (90) and Koh Samui (43).
Coverage also reaches regional hubs that rarely appear in relocation research at all: Chiang Mai (84 buildings), Pathum Thani (65), Chonburi (57), Hat Yai (35), Khon Kaen (31) and Nakhon Ratchasima (26).
