BAANLYY has switched on verified building profiles for Phuket, adding the island to its province-by-province building directory with 90 verified building profiles now live, based on a live count from BAANLYY's building database.
The initial Phuket dataset spans the island's main residential and resort corridors, from Kathu and Patong in the south-central belt to Bang Tao, Cherngtalay and Kamala on the west coast, and Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong in the south. Verified profiles include developer-anchored portfolios with real depth: Sansiri's Dcondo series alone accounts for four separate towers in the directory — Dcondo Creek, Dcondo Kathu-Patong, Dcondo Mine and Dcondo Reef Phuket — alongside Sansiri's Baan Mai Khao and CANVAS Cherngtalay. Banyan Tree Group's Laguna Property portfolio is represented by Angsana Oceanview Residences, Laguna Beachside, Laguna Skypark and the newer Residences at Garrya Phuket, and Central Pattana's Phyll Phuket by Central Pattana and Origin Property's Origin PLACE Centre Phuket extend the list into large-scale, recently built or under-construction developments.
Coverage also reaches smaller, independently developed buildings that rarely get systematic treatment from data platforms: Karon Butterfly and Karon View in Karon, Kata Gardens near Kata beach, Nai Harn Beach Condominium and Naiharn Sea Condominium in Rawai's Nai Harn area, and the three-tower NOON Village complex near Chalong. Each profile carries the same structured fields as the rest of BAANLYY's directory — developer, year built, floor count and total units where available — checked through BAANLYY's own verification process rather than pulled unreviewed from third-party listing aggregators.
It's worth being direct about what this launch does and doesn't mean today. Phuket's 90 verified building profiles are reference data, not an active rental marketplace: BAANLYY's current live listings inventory — 4 verified listings — is concentrated in Bangkok, and Phuket does not yet have active listings on the platform. What Phuket does have, as of this launch, is a verified starting point: a renter or relocating professional researching a specific building on the island — who built it, when, how large it is — can now check that against BAANLYY's own directory rather than relying solely on the mix of aggregator sites and word-of-mouth that has typically filled the gap.
BAANLYY treats this as the start of Phuket coverage, not the finish. The island joins a directory that, across Thailand, now spans 31 provinces and cities and 1,291 verified building profiles in total, and Phuket's own building count will continue to grow as verification work on the island continues.
