Editorial & evidence standards.

How the BAANLYY newsroom researches, sources, reviews and corrects its work — the standards behind every article we publish.

Independence

BAANLYY is operated by BAANLYY LLC, an independent Nevada operator. It is not a brokerage and is not affiliated with any brokerage or outside firm. Editorial content is never sold, and coverage is not influenced by advertising or placement.

Primary sources first

Legal, visa, tax, health and safety claims are traced to official primary sources — Thai government ministries, the Immigration Bureau, the Department of Lands, the Bank of Thailand, the Board of Investment, licensed operators and accredited institutions — not social posts or unverifiable blogs. Each article lists its sources, with primary sources marked.

Evidence gating

No article is published until its evidence requirements are satisfied. Drafts move through research, evidence review and editorial review; a publish gate blocks anything missing a verified evidence trail, and certain categories additionally require at least one primary source before release.

No fabrication

Figures, dates, fees, quotas and requirements are never invented. Where a fact cannot be confirmed from a reliable source, it is marked as needing verification and withheld rather than guessed. Datasets exclude undisclosed values instead of estimating them.

Named authorship

Every article carries a named author with a public profile, credentials and areas of expertise, so readers and answer engines can assess who stands behind the work.

Bilingual, independently written

English and Thai versions are written independently for natural reading in each language, not machine-translated, so meaning and nuance carry across both.

Dated and current

Fast-moving rules (visas, taxes, fares, fees) carry a verification date, and readers are pointed to the official source to confirm the current position before acting.

Corrections

Substantive corrections are logged publicly on the article and in a central corrections index, with the date, the affected claim and the reason, so the record is transparent over time.
