Overview

Escent Buriram is an 18-storey, 372-unit condominium directly adjacent to Robinson Lifestyle Buriram on Buriram-Nang Rong Road in Tambon Krasang, developed by Central Pattana Residence (part of Central Pattana / CPN, the country's largest mall developer) on a 4-rai-44-square-wah plot. Its delivery status is unresolved and we will not overstate it: the project launched in 2023 with completion scheduled for 2025, but no source we can find confirms that it was handed over. Central Pattana Residence's own site no longer lists the project at all, Google Maps marks the entity permanently closed, and PropertyHub and Realist both carry the project with no completion year, no recorded sales and no active listings. A sixth check on 2026-08-27 points the same way and is the first statutory one: Thailand's national condominium register lists only five registered condominiums in the whole of Buriram province, and this building is not one of them — meaning no condominium unit titles have been issued here. A seventh check on 2026-08-29 says the same from a second statutory publisher: the Royal Gazette carries thirty-eight condominium and juristic-person registration announcements for Escent-branded projects across some fifteen provinces — Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Rayong, Ubon Ratchathani, Ayutthaya and others — and not one of them is filed by the Buriram Provincial Land Office. An eighth check on 2026-08-30 approaches the same question from the opposite end and is the strongest form of it: rather than searching the Gazette for the project's name, we enumerated everything the Buriram Provincial Land Office has ever published in it. That office's complete output is ten announcements — a condominium registration and a juristic-person registration for each of five projects, all of them in Mueang Buriram, all of them already covered on this site — and Escent Buriram is not among them. A ninth check on 2026-08-31 is the first one that describes the building's state rather than its absence from a list, and it is the most direct evidence we have: Thailand's national environmental-impact register, maintained by the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP), carries this project as EIA report 256605-60, approved on 25 September 2023, naming บริษัท เซ็นทรัลพัฒนา เรซซิเด้นซ์ จำกัด — Central Pattana Residence Company Limited — as the project owner and placing it on Ban Pho Don Wai Road in Tambon Krasang, Mueang Buriram. That register's own project-status field reads "approved for construction, under construction", and the only environmental monitoring report on file covers January to June 2024, with nothing submitted in the two years since. We report that carefully: the status field carries no revision date, so it may simply be stale, and a developer that stops filing monitoring reports looks the same as one whose project stalled. What it does establish is a firm lower bound — a residential building of this size cannot lawfully be permitted before its environmental assessment is approved, so construction cannot have begun before late September 2023, and a 2025 handover was the earliest schedule the record allows rather than an achieved date. Registration can lag a handover, so none of this is proof the building was never finished, but across nine independent checks not one source says it was delivered and the newest one positively describes it as still under construction. Treat the 2025 figure below as the developer's original schedule rather than a verified handover date, and confirm the building's status directly before making any commitment. On the same basis we do not repeat the common claim that it is the tallest building in Buriram province: 18 storeys would make it so, but that only holds if it was in fact completed. It sits in the retail-anchored corridor that also carries Big C, Makro, HomePro and Tops, with Makro about 700m away and Big C about 1.4km. Buriram Rajabhat University, Buriram Pittayakhom School and Buriram Hospital are NOT within walking distance — they sit in the Nai Mueang town centre roughly 4.7km northeast, a correction made on 2026-08-26 when this entry's coordinate was found to be 4.65km wrong. Units run from compact one-bedrooms (25-35 sqm, four floor-plan types) up to a single two-bedroom layout (56 sqm), and the building leans on an unusually elaborate amenity floor for a secondary-city condo — a rooftop pool with 360-degree views, co-working space, a laundry cafe, a games room, a 1,200 sqm garden and tech touches like AI license-plate recognition, face-scan lobby entry and floor-locking elevators. As the newest and highest-profile condo launch in Buriram, it sets a new price and amenity benchmark for the province.
