Overview

Harbor Mall Laem Chabang occupies a 50,000-plus sqm building directly opposite Thailand's largest deep-sea container port, in Thung Sukhla Subdistrict of Si Racha District. The building originally served as a local shopping centre for Laem Chabang port and industrial workers before being redeveloped and modernised in the years following the 1997 Asian financial crisis.

Today it combines a Lotus's hypermarket, an SF Cinema City multiplex, OfficeMate and a large HarborLand indoor playground with chain restaurants, banks and mobile-phone and computer shops, serving the shift-working population of the port, Laem Chabang Industrial Estate and surrounding freight and logistics operators.

Its open-air parking areas have also become an informal weekend gathering spot for local car clubs and enthusiast meets, a use that has grown up alongside the mall's core role as the everyday shopping and services hub for Laem Chabang's port and logistics workforce.
