Overview
International School of the Eastern Seaboard is the only full international school inside Chonburi's industrial corridor, and the default answer for families posted to Amata Nakorn, Laem Chabang or the Sriracha estates who do not want a daily run to Pattaya or Bangkok. Set within the Burapha Golf Club grounds at Bo Win, Sriracha, it teaches from age 2 to age 18. It is worth being precise about the leaving qualification, because this page previously understated it: ISE's own website states that all students work toward earning both the IB Diploma and an American High School Diploma — not one with the other as an option. It holds WASC whole-school accreditation and, separately, IB Diploma Programme authorisation, and its Vision and Mission page describes it explicitly as a day school: there is no boarding house. Two things we have stopped asserting: a founding year, because the school's own site gives 1993 on one page and 1994 on three others; and that it is the region's only American-curriculum school, because Wells International School's Chonburi campus at Ban Bueng also teaches an American curriculum in this province. Who it's for
ISE suits families who want a fully international, English-medium education through Grade 12 and prefer a US-style diploma with the option of adding the IB Diploma in the final two years. Many families with younger children start at the International School of Chonburi (ISC) for primary years and transition to ISE for secondary once the child reaches Year 7 / Grade 7, given ISC's bus route already connects to the area.

ISE sits within the Burapha Golf Club in Bo Win, Sriracha — a short drive from the Amata Nakorn and Laem Chabang estates and central Sriracha. Chonburi's industrial corridor has no rail system, so most families drive or use a company shuttle; confirm current bus-route coverage directly with the school.

What curriculum does ISE offer?
An American-style programme from ages 2 to 18, and — more definitively than this page used to say — a dual leaving qualification. ISE's own website states that all students work toward earning both the IB Diploma and an American High School Diploma. That is not an IB 'option' bolted onto a US track; it is the stated route for the whole cohort, and it is the strongest published academic ceiling anywhere in the Chonburi industrial corridor.
Is ISE accredited?
ISE holds whole-school accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), and separately holds International Baccalaureate authorisation to teach the Diploma Programme. Those two things are different — an accreditation covers the institution, an authorisation covers one pathway inside it — and directories routinely conflate them. ISE also lists ISAT and EARCOS membership and ONESQA assessment. It makes no Council of International Schools claim anywhere on its own site, so if you see a CIS badge for ISE in a directory, it is not coming from the school.
Where is ISE located?
In Bo Win, Sriracha, Chonburi, within the Burapha Golf Club grounds — squarely in the industrial corridor, which is the whole point of it. For a family housed in Sriracha, Bo Win or near the Laem Chabang port gate this is a genuinely short run rather than a commute, and it is the only school in our Chonburi guide of which that is true. From a Pattaya or Bang Lamung base it is the awkward direction.
Does ISE board?
No. Its own Vision and Mission page describes it as a 'co-educational, college-preparatory day school', and no boarding house is advertised anywhere on the school's site. In a corridor that draws families from across the Eastern Seaboard, that matters: if you are posted to Rayong or Chachoengsao, ISE is a daily drive rather than a weekly one.

Is ISE the only American-curriculum school in the area?
No, and this page previously claimed it was. Wells International School's Chonburi campus at Ban Bueng, opened in August 2022, also teaches an American curriculum inside Chonburi province. ISE remains the only full international school in the Sriracha industrial corridor running to age eighteen with an examined post-16 qualification taught on its own campus — which is a narrower and more useful claim.
