The floor count carries a fourth and statutory confirmation: the Treasury Department (กรมธนารักษ์) valuation schedule dated 15 August 2567 BE reproduced on ZmyHome prices floors 1 through 8 individually and stops at 8, with floors 1-2 classified as commercial condominium units and the remainder residential — a government schedule cannot price a floor that does not exist, and the fact that it lists four separate valuation rows per floor is itself consistent with a multi-building footprint. Two discrepancies are disclosed rather than quietly resolved. Note on naming: TARA Estate separately markets a "Groovy Sriracha 2", but Google Maps resolves that query to this same single record and no separate condominium registration was found, so it is treated as a phase or rental brand of the same estate and not given its own entry.
