ZmyHome, run by Z Home Co., Ltd., independently gives 2 ตึก, 8 ชั้น, 331 ยูนิต and a completion year of พ.ศ. 2556, which is 2013. Neither is a Lifull Connect property, so this is two source families rather than one repeated twice. THE STATUTORY REGISTER DECIDES THAT THIS IS ONE ROW AND NOT TWO. A title extract republished on ZmyHome for unit 389/218(405), building B, reads ชื่ออาคารชุด เดอะ ไทม์, ทะเบียนอาคารชุดเลขที่ 6/2558, and describes the registered condominium as อาคารสูง 8 ชั้น, 331 ห้อง, โครงการฯ มีทั้งหมด 2 อาคาร. One registration number covering both buildings and all 331 units means one registry row here is correct — the same test that split The Isis Condo Korat into three rows and kept 23 Degrees Khao Yai as one. Note that the registration is dated พ.ศ. 2558, which is 2015, while both publishers give completion as 2013; a condominium registration date is not a competing completion year and the two are not in conflict.
