BluPort Hua Hin opened on 1 October 2016 on Phetkasem Road, opposite the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and a short ride south of the town centre near the main beach. It was developed as a joint venture between The Mall Group and Proud Real Estate, spanning five floors and positioned as Hua Hin's modern flagship mall -- a full-line department store, international fashion and beauty brands, a large cinema, a Gourmet Market supermarket carrying imported goods, banks, phone and electronics shops, and an air-conditioned food hall. A later-announced second phase has been reported to include luxury residences alongside the retail complex.

BluPort sits on Phetkasem Road opposite the InterContinental Hua Hin, a short drive or songthaew ride south of the town centre and close to the main beach -- Hua Hin has no rail transit, so most visitors arrive by car, motorbike, songthaew or Grab.
