This is a genuinely distinct project from AssetWise's separate, larger "Modiz Avantgarde" development in the same corridor (750 units, still marketing pre-sale registrations per the developer's own page) — the two share a sub-brand but are not the same building, and only Modiz Launch, the completed one with independently verified figures, is built here.
