Udon Thani's flagship mall — 6 levels, cinema and bowling, on the site of the former Charoensri Complex.
Central Plaza Udon Thani -- also known locally as Central Udon -- is the city's largest and most established shopping mall, on Prajaksilapakom Road in the Mueang district. The site began life in 1994 as the Charoensri Complex, developed by Udon Charoensri (1968) Ltd, before Central Pattana (CPN) acquired it on 8 April 2009 and rebranded and expanded it into today's Central Plaza. The mall spans six levels from the ground floor up to the fifth, and hosts more than a hundred shops and restaurants under one air-conditioned roof, functioning as the default one-stop errand run for residents across Udon Thani.

A full food court plus a mix of Thai and international chain restaurants and cafes are spread across the mall's lower and upper levels, with the entertainment-focused top floor combining the cinema and bowling centre with further dining options.
Central Plaza sits on Prajaksilapakom Road in the Mueang (city) district of Udon Thani, close to the commercial heart of the city and an easy drive from most residential areas. Udon Thani has no rail transit; car, motorbike, songthaew or Grab are the practical ways to reach it.
