That described the college in isolation and was misleading about the route available to its students. The college's own site states that it sits under the Institute of Vocational Education Central Region 1, and that institute -- not the individual college -- is the body through which Thailand's public vocational colleges award the Bachelor of Technology (ทล.บ.), a four-year continuation degree taken after the higher certificate. Whether a ทล.บ. cohort is running at this campus in any given year is a question for the college and the institute; what is wrong is to tell a reader the degree route does not exist.

The college's own history describes an original campus in the Phaniat Khlong Chang (elephant-kraal) area of Suan Phrik Sub-district, using the former residence of Prince Mahamala (Krom Phraya Bamrap Prapak), a son of King Rama II, as its schoolhouse -- opening as a handicraft school (โรงเรียนหัตถกรรม) admitting students from Prathom 4 upward, with carpentry, pottery and boat-building departments. A commonly cited founding year for that origin story did not reconcile cleanly with the described 19th-century royal-building setting during this worker's research, so no specific founding year is stated here -- flagged rather than guessed.
