BOI OSOS (relocated) at a glance
This page is kept as a record because BOI OSOS spent fifteen years at Chamchuri Square and the address is still quoted in a great deal of older relocation material. It is no longer correct.
The One Start One Stop Investment Center began operating in November 2009 on the 18th floor of the Chamchuri Square Building above Sam Yan MRT, bringing staff from multiple investment-related agencies under one roof. On 17 March 2025 those services moved to the Thailand Investment and Expat Services Center (TIESC) at One Bangkok on Rama IV Road, where OSOS now occupies the 7th floor alongside the BOI Expatriate Services Division.
Address: No longer at Chamchuri Square. Services moved on 17 March 2025 to TIESC, One Bangkok, PARADE Zone, 6th and 7th floor, 1877 Rama IV Road, Lumphini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330
Hours: Relocated — see the TIESC entry; the Chamchuri Square counters stopped serving the public on 17 March 2025
Nearest station: Not applicable — the office has moved (MRT Lumphini Exit 1 serves the new One Bangkok location; Sam Yan MRT served the old Chamchuri Square office)

- If a guide, a relocation pack or a corporate HR document still sends you to the 18th floor of Chamchuri Square for a BOI visa or work permit, it is out of date — go to One Bangkok instead.
