One address in this directory has moved
The BOI One Start One Stop Investment Center left the 18th floor of Chamchuri Square on 17 March 2025. Its services, together with the One Stop Service for Visa and Work Permit, now sit at the Thailand Investment and Expat Services Center (TIESC) on the 6th and 7th floors of One Bangkok's PARADE Zone on Rama IV Road. A great deal of older relocation material still quotes the Chamchuri Square address, so we have kept that entry in place as a record of the move rather than quietly deleting it.
Worth being clear about what TIESC is and is not: its immigration and employment counters serve eligible groups — BOI-promoted companies, Long-Term Resident and Smart Visa holders, and other qualifying professionals. Retirement and marriage extensions for the wider expat population are still handled at Chaeng Wattana.
