Overview

TIESC at One Bangkok at a glance

TIESC is the Board of Investment's consolidated investment-and-expat service centre, and it is the single most useful government address in Bangkok for the visa categories BAANLYY's tenants most often hold. It merges two offices that expats and corporate relocation teams previously had to visit separately — the One Start One Stop Investment Center (OSOS) and the One Stop Service for Visa and Work Permit — and puts the BOI, the Immigration Bureau and the Department of Employment under one roof.

It began serving the public on 17 March 2025 and was formally inaugurated on 31 March 2025, replacing the former Chamchuri Square premises. The centre occupies the 6th and 7th floors of One Bangkok's PARADE Zone on Rama IV Road. Applications are submitted and tracked through a Single Window for Visa and Work Permit, so a case no longer has to be filed separately with each agency.

Address: One Bangkok, PARADE Zone, 6th and 7th floor, 1877 Rama IV Road, Lumphini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330
Hours: Mon–Fri on standard Thai civil-service hours; the BOI's own launch announcement publishes the address and telephone but not counter times — confirm on +66 2209 1100 before travelling
Nearest station: Lumphini (MRT Blue Line) Exit 1; also reachable from Ploen Chit (BTS Sukhumvit Line) Exit 2 via the One Bangkok EV shuttle bus
