A converted former hospital building on around five rai of enclosed garden — small, green and secluded for a CBD site, but a primary-scale campus, not a sports estate.

Getting there: Genuinely walkable. The campus sits in the Silom/Sathorn business core within a short walk of BTS Sala Daeng and Chong Nonsi and MRT Silom — one of the few Bangkok campuses where a car is optional.

Bangkok school runs are decided by traffic, not distance. Cross-check with the Bangkok getting-around guide and the BTS and MRT network before you commit to a neighbourhood.

Living near St. Andrews International School, Sathorn

This is the Sathorn/Silom school. Living within the walk is the whole point — do not take a lease east of Asok for it.

Check the school's bus catchment before you sign — a home that looks close on a map can sit outside the route, and a home on the route can be twenty minutes further away and still be the easier morning.
