Three smaller urban campuses rather than one large estate: expect city-school facilities and short walks, not playing fields.

Getting there: Deliberately transit-oriented — all three campuses are sited near BTS Sukhumvit Line stations, which is the school's main practical advantage over the big suburban campuses.

Bangkok school runs are decided by traffic, not distance. Cross-check with the Bangkok getting-around guide and the BTS and MRT network before you commit to a neighbourhood.

Accreditation & memberships

Accreditation is the closest thing to an objective quality signal in international schooling — it means an outside body has inspected governance, teaching and safeguarding. Scale: Around 1,000 students across the three campuses, representing more than two dozen nationalities. Roll and nationality figures move every year and schools report them differently — treat these as indicative and ask the admissions office for the current numbers.

Families who want an American curriculum and an IB Diploma option at a more accessible price point than the largest campuses, and who value BTS access over acreage.

Living near Wells International School

Pick the campus first, then the neighbourhood — all three sit on the Sukhumvit Line, so the school run is genuinely rail-based.

Check the school's bus catchment before you sign — a home that looks close on a map can sit outside the route, and a home on the route can be twenty minutes further away and still be the easier morning.

What to confirm directly with the school

BAANLYY deliberately does not publish per-school tuition figures: they change annually, schools publish their own current schedules, and a stale number is worse than none. Take this list to the admissions office:

• Which campus serves your child's grade — the three sites cover different age bands, and siblings may be split across two of them.
• The current fee schedule — tuition, application and registration fees, any refundable deposit or capital/development levy, uniforms, lunches, the bus and trips.
• Whether the year group you need has a place, or a waitlist, for your intended start date.
• School bus routes, catchment zones and pick-up times for the neighbourhood you are considering — these matter more than straight-line distance in Bangkok traffic.
• Entry requirements: assessments, interviews, English-language support and the school reports or transcripts you must supply.
