Public university · founded 1988 · Tung Sukla, Si Racha District, Chonburi
Kasetsart University's Sriracha Campus is a satellite of one of Thailand's oldest and most respected public universities (main campus in Bangkok), sited on roughly 199 rai (about 32 hectares) at 199 Moo 6, Sukhumvit Road, Tung Sukla, Si Racha District. The land began life in 1954 as an agricultural research station for the main Bangkok university, and was formally established as a full satellite campus in 1988, with the first cohort of bachelor's-degree students enrolling in 1996.
The campus curriculum leans deliberately into its Eastern Seaboard setting -- industrial management, logistics, international business, and maritime and marine-related studies sit alongside a Faculty of Science, reflecting the surrounding Laem Chabang port and Amata Nakorn/Sriracha industrial estates rather than duplicating the agricultural focus of Kasetsart's Bangkok home campus.
