Krabi's property market is unusual: there are very few branded condo towers, and the coast is defined instead by landmark resorts and pool-villa estates around Railay, Tubkaak, Klong Muang and Ao Nang. Foreigners can own condominium units freehold within a building's 49% quota where such buildings exist, but cannot own land directly — villas are held on a registered long lease or through a Thai company. The developments below are the names that set the benchmark for the province.
