Christian University of Thailand at a glance
Christian University of Thailand is a private non-profit university whose main campus is on Phetkasem Road at Donyaihom, on the western edge of Nakhon Pathom city. It was founded in 1983 and is strongest in nursing and the health sciences, alongside business, humanities and education. It also operates a Bangkok site, but the university itself is a Nakhon Pathom institution.
It is one of only two private degree-granting institutions in the province, and the only private university. Anyone screening the province by public-university lists alone will miss it entirely, which is a large part of why our own earlier guides undercounted here.
English-medium study
Courses are primarily in Thai, but the university runs programmes in English -- including an international Master of Arts in English as a Second Language introduced in 2003 -- which makes it one of the few English-medium routes in this province outside the Mahidol orbit.
