Overview

Pattaya City Hall at a glance

Pattaya City Hall, at 91 Moo 6 on North Pattaya Road in Naklua, is the seat of Pattaya City's own municipal government. Pattaya holds special self-governing city status within Chonburi province, with its own directly-elected mayor and administration -- distinct from the provincial governor's seat, which sits in Chonburi city itself and is not covered in this directory since it is not the office expats and Pattaya-area property owners typically deal with.

City Hall handles Pattaya's municipal-level administration: city planning, local licensing, municipal services and civic affairs for the Pattaya area. Routine personal paperwork such as visa matters or property title transfers are instead handled at Pattaya Immigration and the Chonburi Land Office's Bang Lamung branch respectively -- City Hall itself is more relevant for municipal/business licensing and civic matters than everyday individual errands.
