Ramkhamhaeng Sukhothai at a glance

One of Ramkhamhaeng University's regional service branches (sakha witthayaborikan chaloem phrakiat), established in 1999 (B.E. 2542) as part of the university's programme of spreading access to its open-admission degrees into the provinces. Ramkhamhaeng is one of Thailand's two big open universities: admission is open, most study is self-directed, and the degree is conferred by the university in Bangkok.
