What does Thailand Privilege cost you, per year?

Three numbers, straight from the terms

Each tier has a fee (VAT included), a term in years, and for Platinum, Diamond and Reserve a price per family member. The calculator adds the family members to the fee, divides by the term, and divides again by the number of people. That is all it does. It does not guess at the value of points or services, and it does not include flights, extension fees or 90-day report costs.
