This report reflects buildings BAANLYY has published verified guides for — not the total condo stock in each city. Of 236 buildings, 155 (66%) have a confirmed completion year, 155 (66%) a confirmed floor count, and 106 (45%) a confirmed unit count; the rest are shown as undisclosed on their building pages rather than estimated. Coverage is deepest in larger markets and deliberately thin in provinces where verified condo stock is genuinely small.
