Excludes Bangkok, which runs on a separate enrichment system. Rankings reflect the single-file city registries only and shift as the database grows.

Each list ranks only buildings whose figure BAANLYY has confirmed from a primary project record: 155 of 236 buildings have a verified floor count, 106 a verified unit count and 155 a verified completion year. Buildings with an undisclosed value are excluded from that ranking rather than assigned an estimate, so a building missing from a list is not necessarily short, small or new — its figure simply isn't confirmed yet. Bangkok is tracked separately and not included here.
