This report is compiled entirely from BAANLYY's own qualifying rental listings -- monthly rent-index snapshots per area, rolled up on a annual cadence (see lib/rent-rollups.ts). It never uses third-party scrapes, portal data, or estimated figures. An area only appears below once at least two real monthly snapshots fall inside the reporting period.
