The Royal Gazette announcement of that registration — volume 134, part 63 ง, page 201, published 17 August 2017 — names บริษัท วีซี.เซ็นทรัล เอ็ดดูเคชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (V.C. Central Education Technology Co., Ltd.) as the owner of the land and building, files the project on title deed 11394, survey page 3424, in Tambon Isan, Mueang Buriram, and states that it comprises one building. The juristic person of the same name was registered on that same day and gazetted on 19 October 2017 (volume 134, part 85 ง, page 174). We publish 2017 as the completion year on that basis — a Thai condominium cannot be registered before the building it covers exists — and Baania's independent project record gives "completed 2017" as well; DDproperty and FazWaz instead give January 2020, and we flag that disagreement rather than hide it. Two things follow that we will not overstate: the building carries the local Thada condotel brand alongside Thada Condotel Buriram, but the registered titleholder above is not a Thada-named entity, and Baania separately attributes development to บริษัท ธาดา ดีเวลลอปเมนท์ จำกัด (Thada Development Co., Ltd.), a third name again — so we publish the statutory one and leave the corporate relationship between them unasserted. The register also files the building in Tambon Isan while Baania and other portals place it in Nai Mueang; the road and the pin below are agreed either way. Public sources disagree on its unit count — DDproperty's own structured project data lists 69 total units, while other portal records give 78 — so we leave the figure undisclosed rather than pick one to look confident; the 7-floor, one-building structure is agreed by DDproperty and PropertyHub alike, and by a Government Housing Bank asset record for a unit in this building that states its position as floor 4 of 7. It sits at number 79 on the Buriram bypass road (Route 288) in the eastern half of Mueang Buriram — about 1.8km east of the King Rama I Monument roundabout and roughly 2km from Buriram Rajabhat University, so neither is walking distance. That location was corrected on 2026-08-21: this entry previously carried a rounded coordinate about 2.6km further west, which Google Maps' own place record for the building and three separate Government Housing Bank condominium unit-title records (79/27, 79/44 and 79/45, all on the bypass road) agree is wrong. The pin now has a Google-independent second witness as well: Baania's own project record for this building carries 14.992516 / 103.120249, about 22m from the coordinate stored here. Chang Arena (Buriram United FC's stadium) and the Chang International Circuit — MotoGP Thailand's home track since 2018 — are a short drive further east, which makes it a genuine option for both long-stay tenants and race-weekend or match-day short lets. Units range from one-bedrooms (28-41.25 sqm) to two-bedrooms (55 sqm), and the building leans unusually hard into resort-style amenities for a small-city condotel — pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, an in-house restaurant, a library, kids' playground and even an EV charger — reflecting its dual identity as both a residential building and short-stay accommodation.
