The condominium juristic person followed on 28 December 2018 (registration 1/2562, gazetted 28 February 2019, volume 136, part 16 ง, page 298), which records that a first unit had already been sold. A Thai condominium cannot be registered before the building it covers exists, so October 2018 caps completion and the December 2018 first sale confirms the building was real and trading by then.
