Wing Samui Condominium (also marketed as Wing Samui Condo) is Koh Samui's largest condominium project and its first EIA-approved development -- 14 buildings across an 18,000 sqm site on Route 4169, positioned between Bophut and Chaweng, developed by Wing Samui Condo Co., Ltd. and professionally managed by Wyndham Garden. The project is being delivered in phases, with Phase 1 (roughly 270 studio, one- and two-bedroom units of 29-68 sqm) completed around April 2025 and Phase 2 targeted for late 2026, building toward a total of roughly 530-560 units. Wyndham-managed facilities include a 398 sqm swimming pool, a 266 sqm fitness centre, a tennis court, a wellness centre, a rubber jogging track, a kids' club and 24-hour keycard security. Units are sold freehold within each building's 49% foreign-ownership quota -- confirm remaining quota, exact phase and completion status per unit before committing. This corrects an earlier placeholder entry that understated the project's scale and misplaced it near Lamai; Wing Samui actually sits on the Bophut-Chaweng corridor.
