Overview

Srithammarat Suksa School is one of the oldest schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat province, founded in 1901 by a group of American Presbyterian missionaries. Its English Programme (EP), running since 2000, is one of the largest in southern Thailand: more than 800 students from pre-kindergarten through Grade 12, taught core subjects in English by more than 40 native-English-speaking teachers working in teaching teams alongside Thai homeroom staff, within the Thai national curriculum framework. The school also runs a newer English Immersion Program (EIP) for students in its regular Thai-medium track. This makes it a genuine English-medium option for families comfortable with a Thai academic framework rather than a Western exam-board pathway. BAANLYY is not affiliated with Srithammarat Suksa School and takes no paid placement in this guide; confirm current admissions and fees directly with the school.
