This is a campus, not a separate university. Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Si Thammarat is part of Praboromarajchanok Institute, Faculty of Nursing, which is headquartered elsewhere in Thailand. Degrees are awarded by the parent institution, and admissions, fees and programme lists are set centrally — check them with Praboromarajchanok Institute, Faculty of Nursing rather than assuming the campus sets its own.
Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Si Thammarat at a glance
This is the province's degree-awarding nursing school, at 11 Phatthanakan Khukhwang Road in Nai Mueang Subdistrict -- inside the city, not out at a rural campus. Construction began on 12 December 1980 and finished in September 1982 as a school for assistant nurses and midwives; it was renamed Nakhon Si Thammarat Nursing College and took its first cohort onto a two-year nursing and midwifery certificate on 6 December 1982.
It is now a constituent college of the Faculty of Nursing at Praboromarajchanok Institute, the degree-granting body of Thailand's Ministry of Public Health, and teaches the Bachelor of Nursing Science in Thai. For anyone weighing healthcare in Nakhon Si Thammarat, it is a useful signal: the province trains its own nurses in the city, and its graduates staff Maharaj Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital and the private hospitals around it.
