Overview

Central Phuket is a two-wing retail complex in Vichit, on the edge of Phuket Town, developed and operated by Central Pattana (CPN). The Festival wing is the original, longer-established side; the Floresta wing opened on 10 September 2018 and added a heavier concentration of international luxury brands, positioning the combined complex as Phuket's main non-beach shopping destination.

The two wings are linked by covered walkways and together span several retail levels — Floresta's layout runs roughly from a ground-floor supermarket and fashion level, up through international brands and sportswear, to a top-floor cinema, food court and beauty/clinic level.

Getting there & nearby areas

Central Phuket sits in Vichit, a short drive from central Phuket Town — a genuinely different part of the island from the main west-coast beach strips. Budget 10–15 minutes from Phuket Town itself, and 30–45 minutes from Patong, Kata or Karon depending on traffic. There is no rail transit on Phuket; car, taxi/Grab or the mall's own shuttle services are the practical options.
