It is marketed under several names — I Condo Plus, I Condo Benjama–Huai Muang, and simply I Condo — and is signposted on the ground as phased blocks across Soi Sukha-Uppatham 9 and 11; the ground signage is real, but those names are NOT all one registration and a previous version of this entry was wrong to say so: the Land Department and Treasury Department condominium register (the D-Value system) carries ไอ คอนโด as condominium record 36232 and ไอ คอนโด พลัส as condominium record 36231 — two separately registered อาคารชุด about 110 metres apart, each with its own per-floor valuation schedule — and PropertyHub independently files them as two projects less than 100 metres apart. This row is the ไอ คอนโด พลัส registration. Corrected 22 August 2026. Sources disagree on scale: the developer-facing project record lists 316 units across 8 storeys on a 3-rai-2-ngan-72-square-wah plot with 1- and 2-bedroom layouts from 34 to 53 sqm, while the Thai land-registry-linked portal record for the Benjama–Huai Muang phase lists 199 units across three blocks of seven storeys, and the government register confirms that shape exactly for this registration — buildings เอ, บี and ซี over a basement, residential floors running 1 to 7 and nothing above. The storey count carried here is therefore 7, corrected on 22 August 2026 from a shipped value of 8; the 8-storey schedule that Thai portals blend into this project page belongs to the separately registered ไอ คอนโด next door, whose own schedule runs floors 1 to 8 under a single unnamed building. The larger figure is carried here and the discrepancy is disclosed rather than resolved; confirm the exact registered building and unit count with the juristic office before transacting. Residents get a pool, indoor kids' zone, gym, keycard entry and 24-hour security, and the site sits about 1.1 km from Benchamamaharat School and 1.3 km from Central Plaza Ubon Ratchathani. Rental stock is thin and prices move slowly: a furnished 1-bedroom of about 34 sqm has been advertised around THB 8,500/month, while one much higher listing near THB 16,800/month sits well above the general neighbourhood band of roughly THB 3,000-7,500 and likely reflects a larger or fully furnished unit.
