ZmyHome republishes that same government table, floor 9 rows included, immediately above its own 8-storey structured field, so the portal figure is refuted on the portal's own page. The two-building count is likewise the government figure and agrees with ZmyHome's จำนวนตึก 2 ตึก; an earlier DDproperty buildings table showing a single Building A holding all 194 units is wrong. Corrected 22 August 2026 from a shipped value of 8. Sources also disagree by one year on when it completed and we have not resolved it: DDproperty's structured project record says 2017, while Baania's project record and ZmyHome's structured data both say 2559 BE (2016).
