Set up your profile, get verified, add and manage listings, turn one listing into content for every channel with the free AI tools, work the enquiries that come in, automate follow-up in each lead’s own language, and stay on top of it all with email and in-app notifications. Everything below reflects exactly what’s in your dashboard today.
Three steps get your listings live. Do them in order — the same checklist waits for you on your dashboard.
You can stop and come back anytime — nothing is lost. Your profile is public as soon as you save it; listings wait for verification before they go live, and you choose exactly what’s shown from your dashboard privacy settings.
Sign in and create your agent profile at /agents/join. This is what renters and buyers see on your public profile, and what powers the contact card on your listings.
From your dashboard, the Profile privacy panel lets you toggle exactly which details of your profile show publicly — nothing here is public unless you switch it on.
Every one of these is on by default. Toggle any off — headshot, brokerage logo, phone, email, socials, stats, and more — then hit Save privacy settings. You upload your own headshot right on the profile form (see above); for a brokerage logo, add it in the business details panel or send it to your BAANLYY contact.
This is the step that decides whether your listings are visible. Until your profile is verified, everything you add is saved as a draft — safe, private, and not on the public site. Start it from /agents/verify, or the Start verification button on your dashboard.
So the efficient order is: build your profile, load in your listings while verification is in review, and they all go live the moment you’re approved. Your documents are stored privately and are never shown on your public profile — see how verification works.
From your dashboard, click + Add a listing. If your profile isn't verified yet, you can still add listings now — each publishes automatically the moment you're verified.
Already have a portfolio? On the Listings tab, use Import your portfolio from a CSV — download the template, fill one row per property, and upload it. Every row becomes a draft listing you can add photos to and publish. It’s the fast way to load an existing book without re-typing each one.
video column too.)Behind the scenes, every photo is automatically corrected for orientation, compressed, converted to a modern format with a thumbnail, and given AI-generated alt text. Near-duplicate photos are detected and skipped, and anything under about 1000px wide gets a low-resolution warning so you know to swap it for a sharper source if you have one.
Shooting on an iPhone? If a photo won’t upload, it’s almost certainly HEIC — Apple’s default camera format, which most browsers can’t read. Open Settings › Camera › Formatson your phone and choose Most Compatible, and every photo from then on is a normal JPEG. The uploader will tell you when this is the problem rather than just failing.
"Show my professional profile on this listing" — leave this checked to display your contact card on the listing, or uncheck it for this listing only. (Which specific fields show is still controlled by Profile privacy above.)
Every listing you've published shows in a table on your dashboard.
Editing opens the listing with everything already on it — your current photos, captions and order included. Add more, drag to reorder, change the cover, or remove any you no longer want. Photos are only ever removed when you remove them, and nothing changes until you save.
Your dashboard’s Analytics tab shows how your listings are actually performing — all from real activity on BAANLYY, never estimated. At a glance you get your total and 30-day views, leads, your view-to-lead conversion, your median response time (how fast you reply to a new enquiry), applications received, deals closed, and how many listings are live. Below the numbers, a listing-performance list ranks your properties by 30-day views so you can see which ones are working and which need better photos, a sharper price, or a fresh marketing push.
Your dashboard's Marketing tools panel turns one listing into content for every channel.
Open the AI Content Studio and enter your listing's basics — type, bedrooms, area, price, amenities and target audience. It instantly writes copy-paste-ready content for the full funnel: a polished description, a short portal/MLS blurb, an SEO title and meta description, an Instagram caption with hashtags, a Facebook lead post, a TikTok video script, a YouTube title and description, an X (Twitter) post, five headline options, a LINE/WhatsApp first-reply template, and three email subject lines. It's free, needs no sign-up, and nothing you type is saved or sent to a server — everything runs in your browser. Click Regenerate variations any time for fresh wording to A/B test or refresh a stale post.
The other four tools round out your marketing kit: the AI Prompt & Image Library for ready-made prompts and images, the Portal Marketing Center for a portal-by-portal guide to DDProperty, FazWaz, LivingInsider and the rest, the Marketing Learning Center for strategy and how-tos, and the Brand & Logo Library for approved logos and brand assets.
One thing that guide cannot do for you: BAANLYY’s own outbound portal feeds are not something you switch on. A listing is added to a portal feed by BAANLYY, per listing and per portal — saving a listing does not put it on one, and there is no control for it on your dashboard. Ask us if you want a listing included. Everything in the Portal Marketing Center is about accounts you open and posts you make yourself.
In the AI Prompt & Image Library, use the “Auto-fill from one of your listings” picker at the top: choose a listing and every prompt fills in that unit’s bedrooms, building, area and price for you, so the copy is ready to paste with no brackets left to fill.
Link your own OneUp account once from Connect Your Socials (the 🔗 Connect Your Socials tile on your dashboard). Your key is stored encrypted and never shown back to you. Once connected, when you generate a social post on any listing (the ✦ Generate social post button in the listing form), a 📣 Post to my socials option appears — pick which connected account set to send to and it pushes the caption to OneUp as a draft for you to review and publish there. Nothing ever posts without your approval. Buffer and Publer support are coming next.
Always proofread AI-written copy and confirm figures like price and size before you post — treat it as a fast first draft, not a final, fact-checked listing.
When someone enquires on one of your listings, or from your public profile page, that enquiry is assigned to you and appears in the Leads / Inbox tab of your dashboard. You don’t have to be logged in and watching for it:
Each lead has a status you move through as you work it — new, attempting contact, contacted, showing scheduled, application started, negotiating, then rented, sold, nurture, dead or spam. It’s your pipeline: set it however you actually work, and use the filters to see just the ones that need chasing.
Enquiries that come in on a BAANLYY listing with no agent attached go to the BAANLYY team, not to a random agent. Nothing of yours is ever routed to someone else.
When someone applies to one of your listings, the full application lands in your Applications tab. Tap ✦ AI screen on any application for a quick, fair-criteria summary — it checks affordability (income vs rent), whether the visa covers the lease term, and whether anything’s missing. It deliberately ignores nationality, family and other protected factors, and it never makes the decision — that’s always yours.
Your dashboard now has a Lead Marketing tab. Build an email drip sequence once, in your own language, then enrol any lead from your inbox — each lead automatically receives the sequence translated into their language (English, Thai, Chinese, Russian or Japanese), and you review both versions side by side before anything sends.
{{first_name}} to insert the lead’s name.Sending stays in safe draft/test mode until BAANLYY switches drips live — so you can build and preview everything now with nothing going out prematurely.
When it’s time to sign, open Send a Lease to Sign (the ✍ Send a Lease to Sign tile on your dashboard). Pick the listing, enter the tenant’s name and email, and upload your own lease document (PDF) — you’re not limited to a template.
Your lease document is stored privately and only ever shown to the tenant through their own secure signing link. BAANLYY provides the signing tool for your convenience and is not a party to the lease.
