JLT Estate sells and rents luxury pool villas, sea-view condos and freehold and leasehold land, with more than 400 properties in its catalogue. Support runs from the first viewing, including remote viewings by video call, through negotiation and due diligence to bank account opening and handover. The team knows Thai land titles (Chanote, Nor Sor 3 and Nor Sor 3 Gor) and helps with visa and residency applications.
