Overview
Thada Condotel Buriram is a two-building, 8-storey, 157-unit condotel-style development in downtown Muang Buriram, completed in 2016 — the older and larger of the city's two Thada-branded condotels (public sources disagree on Thada Condotel 3's unit count, so we do not publish one for it). Its ownership is more complicated than the shared signage suggests, and on 2026-08-30 the statutory record corrected what this page used to say. The two towers are not one project: the Buriram Provincial Land Office registered them as two separate condominiums on the same day, 27 January 2016, and the Royal Gazette published both announcements together in volume 133, part 24 ง of 24 March 2016. Building A is the condominium "ธาดาคอนโดเทล เอ", registration 1/2559, on title deed 126847, survey page 10080, in Tambon Nai Mueang, comprising one building, owned by บริษัท แสงจันทร์คอนซัลแตนท์ จำกัด (Saeng Chan Consultant Co., Ltd.); building B is "ธาดาคอนโดเทล บี", registration 2/2559, on title deed 126846, survey page 10079, also one building, owned by ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ทองธาดา พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ (Thong Thada Property Ltd. Partnership). Two different owners, two different legal forms, two different title deeds. This page previously credited a "Thada Group Co., Ltd.", which is a brand rather than a company the land office has ever named, and it described Thada Condotel 3 as the work of the same developer — that building's registered owner is บริษัท วีซี.เซ็นทรัล เอ็ดดูเคชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด, a third unrelated entity, so the claim was wrong and has been removed. We keep the two towers on one page because no source anywhere divides the 157 units or the 8 floors between A and B, and inventing that split would be worse than describing them together — but treat them as two legally distinct condominiums when it comes to title, quota and juristic-office questions, and confirm which building a unit sits in before committing. The 2016 completion year is now bounded by statute as well, since a Thai condominium cannot be registered before the building it covers exists. It sits on Sadet Niwat Road about 155m northwest of the King Rama I Monument roundabout, which is a genuinely central position: Buriram Rajabhat University is about 370m away, the Southern Isaan Cultural Center on its campus about 500m, and Thaweekij Plaza and the municipal fresh market about 600m north along Jira Road — all comfortable walks. Big C Supercenter and Robinson Lifestyle Buriram are not walkable from here and we will not imply that they are: they sit about 3.4km and about 4.7km southwest in Tambon Isan on the Buriram-Nang Rong Road, the out-of-town big-box corridor that serves Park Condo Dream and Escent Buriram, so both are a drive rather than a stroll. Units are compact one-bedrooms of around 29.42 sqm across the building's two towers (A and B), built around a shared pool, fitness room, on-site parking and 24-hour security with CCTV and access-card entry. Individual owner listings for this building are thin at any given time, so the rent range below is a comparable estimate for similar downtown Buriram one-bedroom units, not a live quote.
