Read plainly: the developer is confirmed twice over, while 8 floors, 210 units and 2016 rest on DDproperty's single structured record. The three names refer to one complex rather than three separate buildings, disclosed here rather than picking one silently. It sits about a kilometre from Central Plaza Khon Kaen and Khon Kaen Ram Hospital, in the same City Centre corridor as The Base Height, The Houze Condominium and The Base Downtown Khon Kaen.
